LFY-605 Automatic Oxygen Index Tester (Touch Screen)

LFY-605 Automatic Oxygen Index Tester (Touch Screen)

Patent Number: ZL 00 2 13455.1
Main purpose
Used for measuring the oxygen index performance of various forms of textiles (including woven, knitted, fiber, coated fabrics, non-woven fabrics, clothing, etc.), plastics, rubber, asphalt, paper, building materials (wood), etc.
Technical index
1. The entire testing process is controlled by a ten inch touch screen (software update), with a high degree of automation. The operator only needs to input the required oxygen concentration value according to the testing requirements, and the instrument can automatically track and adjust the oxygen concentration to stabilize at the set value and automatically adjust the flow rate of oxygen and nitrogen.
2. Directly detect and display the oxygen concentration value of the sample combustion chamber.
3. The automatic ignition mechanism, according to the standard ignition action program, automatically ignites, ensuring precise, fast, safe and reliable ignition.
4. The software automatically processes and displays each set of experimental data, and determines the credibility of the obtained experimental data.
5. Oxygen concentration setting range: oxygen concentration value of 10% to 60% ± 0.2 LOI;
6. The oxygen and nitrogen flow rates can be controlled at the set values, with a control accuracy of ± 0.01L/min;
7. Oxygen concentration step size: adjustable from 0.1%;
8. Burning time: 1 second to 300 seconds;
9. Flame height: adjustable from 15 to 20mm;
10. Quartz glass combustion cylinder size: inner diameter ≥ 75mm, height ≥ 450mm.
11. Configure dedicated touch screen display, automatic data processing/saving/querying
12. Environmental temperature: Room temperature~45 ℃, relative humidity: ≤ 90%
13. User provided: 1 tank of oxygen (pressure gauge), 1 tank of nitrogen (pressure gauge), and 1 tank of propane gas.
