LFY-617 Fabric Surface Burning Performance Tester
The main purpose
It is suitable for measuring the surface burning time of textile fabrics with fluff (such as pile, loop, tuft or similar surface).
Instrument characteristics
1. Electric heating wire ignition.
2. The burner is automatically positioned at a fixed time.
3. The ignition time can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 99.99 seconds. The burning time is automatically recorded and digitally displayed.
Technical index
1. Sample holder: length 150mm×width 75mm
2. Frame marking line: 75mm below the ignition point of the sample
3. Ignition time: 0～99.99 seconds arbitrarily set
4. Flame height measuring device: flame height (40±2) mm
5. The distance between the top of the igniter and the surface of the sample holder: 15mm
6. Gas used: industrial butane or propane or butane/propane mixed gas.
7. Sample size: 150mm×75mm
