LFY-628 foam (upholstered) furniture flame retardant performance tester

LFY-628 foam (upholstered) furniture flame retardant performance tester

The main purpose
This instrument is used to test the burning performance of upholstered furniture.
Working principle
The sample is installed on a special sample rack, and the ignition source is used to ignite a certain part of the sample for a certain period of time, and then observe the combustion of the sample.
Instrument characteristics
1. Gas flame ignition source, non-combustible combustion box and stainless steel test frame that meet the requirements of the standard;
2. An intake and exhaust system that can produce an air velocity of less than or equal to 0.2m/s at the test frame;
3. Ignition time, progressive smoldering and flame burning time are automatically recorded and digitally displayed;
4. Air flow control system with adjustable combustible gas flow rate and outlet pressure to the gas flame ignition source;
Technical indicators:
1. Timing of progressive smoldering and flame burning time: 0~1 hour, accuracy: ±1s
2. Combustion chamber volume: greater than 20m3;
3. Air velocity on the test surface: less than or equal to 0.2 m/s;
4. The test area is away from the wall of the nearest test space: no less than 0.5 meters;
5. Sample support: backrest size is 450mm*450mm*300mm, chair surface size is 450mm*300mm*150mm, heat-resistant metal mesh structure;
6. Stainless steel combustion tube size: outer diameter (8±0.1) mm, inner diameter (6.5±0.1) mm, length (200±5) mm;
7. Fuel gas: The flow rate is adjustable, and the outlet pressure is 2.8kPa;
8. The hose connecting the flowmeter and the combustion tube is 2.5~3m long, with an inner diameter of (7±1) mm;
9. Sample size: (1100±10)mm×(650±10)mm;
10. Test environment: temperature is 10℃~30℃, relative humidity is 15%~80%;
11. Power supply: AC 220V, 50Hz, 50W.
