LFY-636 Flame Retardant Paper and Cardboard Burning Performance Tester
The main purpose
The flame-retardant paper and cardboard burning tester is based on the technical conditions of GB/T14656-2009. It is to evaluate the burning performance test of flame-retardant paper products with a thickness of 1.6mm or less under specific conditions after flame-retardant treatment, coating or printing processing.
Technical parameter
1. The inner diameter of the burner: 10mm;
2. Burner flame application time: 0～99.99±0.01 seconds;
3. The test device consists of a combustion box, a control box and a gas system;
4. Gas source: purity ≥95%, liquefied propane, or liquefied petroleum gas;
5. Automatic ignition, automatic timekeeping;
6. The ignition time of the sample is (12±0.2) s, the flame height is (40±2) mm, and the burner will automatically reset after ignition;
7. The pressure gauge range (0～40) kPa.
