The main purpose
It is mainly used to test the liquid penetration performance of chemical protective clothing using the mannequin spray method.
Technical index
1. The instrument is mainly composed of a liquid supply system, a spray system, etc.;
2. The test system adopts computer automatic control, Chinese test procedures, automatic control of the entire test process, automatic data processing; can save and query;
3. The whole equipment adopts wheel design, which is convenient to handle, install and place;
4. The liquid supply system consists of a water storage tank, a self-priming circulating pump, and a flow adjustment device
5. The spray system is composed of 5 low-flow nozzles and a water supply device. The nozzle structure and installation position meet the standard requirements;
6. The electrical insulation of the equipment and the grounding between the shell and the grounding wire are good. The waterway and the electrical control part are strictly isolated to avoid mutual interference.
7. The spray speed of each nozzle (3.0±0.2) L/min;
8. Equipped with a closed test room (test chamber) to prevent liquid leakage, and waste liquid can be collected and discharged;
9. The space of the test chamber is convenient for installation and replacement of dummy, which is convenient for actual wearing test according to the standard;
10. The dummy model is 1.85 meters.
