LFY-298 Organic lens wear resistance falling sand test device
The main purpose
This device is suitable for the sand-fall treatment of the wear resistance test of the organic lens of personal eye protection (eye mask, face mask), and is used for the friction resistance of analog lenses.
Technical index
1. Equipped with a dedicated lens holder
2. With primary and secondary falling sand funnel device;
3. The falling sand medium is quartz sand, with a particle size of 125um or more;
4. The abrasive falls vertically to the center of the lens, 45° to the surface of the lens;
5. The rotational speed of the lens holding device is 5r/min;
6. The amount of abrasive falling is 60g-80g per minute;
7. Abrasive mass 400g;
8. The height of falling sand is 635mm;
9. Equipped with falling sand collection box, abrasive can be recycled.
