The main purpose
It is mainly used for testing the breathing resistance of positive pressure fire air breathing apparatus when exposed to radiant heat source.
Technical index
1. The sample holder is a metal head mold, which can simulate the actual wearing state of the sample;
2. Radiant heat source: The radiant heat source uses a special T-150 infrared tube with adjustable radiation power. The special curved surface radiant heat source bracket can ensure that the radiation wave emitted by the infrared tube is fully reflected and utilized;
3. Equipped with cooling water circulation baffle, and adopts a closed-loop cooling water circulation system with circulating water pump as the power source, which realizes the insulation protection of the sample before the heat source acts, and has little effect on the temperature of the entire test environment, which improves the overall test accuracy of the instrument .
4. The distance between the radiant heat source and the center of the respirator mask lens is adjustable: the test distance is 175mm;
5. Heat flux of radiant heat source: 7.8~8.0kw/m2;
6. The breathing rate of the ventilator is 40 times/min, and the breathing flow is 100L/min;
7. Detect the respiratory resistance of the respirator under the irradiation of radiant heat source;
8. The test time can be preset and timed automatically.
