LFY-665 Toy Burning Performance Tester
Scope of application:
This instrument is used to detect the burning performance of children's clothing and toys and their accessories, and evaluate the burning speed and time of the following types of toys: 1. Children's clothing (fancy dress), especially shawls, fluttering clothing and similar items; 2. Toys accessible to children, such as play tents and dollhouses; 3. Children can hug toys and stuffed soft toys 4． Wearing items that appear in masks and wigs.
Technical parameter
1. Flame height: 20mm±2mm, with height scale; flame height can be adjusted arbitrarily.
2. Flame test angle: 90°, 45° optional.
3. Burner: The burner throat diameter is Φ0.19+0.02mm, the mixed outlet hole is Φ1.7, and the air inlet hole is 4×Φ4 mm according to ISO6941.
4. Ignition time: 0-99.99S/M/H can be set arbitrarily.
5. Timing range of continuous burning time: 0-99.99s, accuracy: 0.1s.
6. Use fuel gas: propane or butane gas, which must be prepared by the user.
7. Sample holder: U-shaped sample holder internal size: 80mm×600mm, according to GB6675.
8. Test and pretreatment environment: 20℃±5℃, relative humidity: 65%±5%RH.
9. With experiment box-stainless steel shell.
10. Power supply: AC220V 50Hz.
