LFY-217C automatic burst strength tester
The main purpose
It is used to measure the expansion force and degree of expansion when all kinds of textiles, non-woven fabrics, leather, medical materials, etc. are simultaneously stressed in all directions (elastic film method).
Technical parameter
1. Test area: 50cm2 7.3cm2
2. Measuring range: 0-2MPa, when the burst pressure is greater than 20% of the full scale, the accuracy is ±2% of the full scale; when the burst height is less than 70mm, the accuracy is ±0.02mm.
3. The minimum graduation value: 0.002MPa
4. Pressure rate: 100 -500cm2/min, accuracy: 10%
5. Maximum burst time: (99.9±0.1)S
6. Maximum expansion: (70±0.02) mm
7. The diaphragm should meet the following requirements: the thickness is less than 2mm;
8. Output form: print output, display output (including computer and printer)
9. The clamping device should provide reliable specimen clamping, so that there is no specimen damage, deformation or slippage during the experiment.
