The main purpose
LFY-201H material high temperature tensile strength tester is mainly used for the determination of tensile breaking strength, tearing strength and peeling strength of various materials (metal, fabric, yarn, plastic, rubber and composite materials) in high temperature environment. It can also be used for Determination of the strength of welded seams.
Instrument characteristics
The instrument is controlled by a PC computer and can display the tensile strength-tensile elongation curve in a high temperature environment. The test results are printed out in the form of a report. The test report includes the average, maximum, and maximum tensile force values of the material in the set temperature environment. CV value, average value, maximum value, CV value of material tensile elongation and other test results can be added or preset functions according to customer requirements. The heating body adopts silicon carbon rod, which has the characteristics of large heating power and fast heating speed. The high-precision PID temperature controller ensures that the temperature rises quickly and stabilizes at the set value.
