LFY-227 Synthetic Blood Penetration Tester for Medical Masks

The main purpose
It is used to determine the resistance of medical protective masks to penetration of synthetic blood under different test pressures, and can also be used to determine the blood penetration resistance of other coating materials.
Instrument characteristics
1. The protruding sample fixing device can simulate the actual use state of the mask, leaving the test target area without destroying the sample, and distributing the synthetic blood in the target area of the sample.
2. A special constant pressure spray device can spray a certain volume of synthetic blood within a controlled time.
3. It can fully simulate the injection speed corresponding to the average human blood pressure 10.6kPa, 16kPa, and 21.3kPa for testing.
4. It is equipped with a fixed target plate, which can block the high-pressure edge part of the sprayed liquid flow, and only the steady-state flow part is sprayed on the sample, which increases the accuracy and repeatability of the liquid velocity sprayed on the sample.
