The main purpose
This instrument is used to determine the anti-wrinkle and non-ironing performance of fabrics (referring to the fabrics in the wet state, after twisting or squeezing, after cooling dry, they can still maintain the flat performance without ironing). Used to evaluate the anti-wrinkle finishing effect of the fabric.
Instrument characteristics
Take a sample of a certain size, immerse it in a specific solution, and then wrap it on the chuck of the instrument, perform a certain number of twists for a certain time (simulating the washing process), then stretch it, dry it, and put it in the standard Under the light source, it is evaluated by manual comparison with standard samples. (The sample photos are divided into five levels, the best anti-wrinkle and non-iron performance is the fifth level, and the worst anti-wrinkle and non-iron performance is the first level).
