LFY-245 Carpet Abrasion Tester
The main purpose
This instrument is used to test the abrasion resistance of carpets and is widely used in the quality control of carpets in the industry.
Instrument characteristics
1. Test a small carpet sample
2. Quick test: half an hour for each sample
3. Weight loss test
Testing method
By rubbing with standard abrasive materials, the carpet samples are worn. Fix the sample and the friction material on the two ends of two vertical rotating shafts, the two rotating shafts are offset. The two shafts rotate in the same direction and speed to ensure that all parts of the sample maintain a constant relative speed.

1. Friction head pressure: 0.56 kg/cm2
2. Test sample: round surface with a diameter of 38 mm
3. Number of frictions: 5000 times
4. Friction time: 30 minutes to 5 hours
