Main purpose:

Suitable for product temperature characteristic testing by medical device quality supervision and inspection departments, drug testing departments, manufacturers of hot compress medical devices, and manufacturers of warm baby products.

Technical parameters:

1. Automatically collect the time and temperature data of the entire process of 12 channel samples through temperature data collection software, and display the temperature data and curves of each channel in real-time.

The sampling frequency is optional, and the sampling time can be set.

2. Configure dedicated computers and software to analyze and count the heating time, maximum temperature, duration, and temperature guarantee time data of 12 channels, as well as the average heating time, duration, and temperature guarantee time data of 12 channels after removing the maximum and minimum values. After inputting the product technical requirements indicators, the test results will be automatically judged.

3. The heating device consists of a heater and a circulating constant emperature water tank.

4. Bottom lining and covering materials of the heating device:

1) Material: - Bottom lining and bedding material: 32 pieces of gauze (2 layers)

- Material covered: ordinary flat velvet (15 layers)

2) Size: consistent with the surface of the heater

5. Thermostat: length:600mm, height:300mm, width:100mm, made of3mmthick hot-rolled stainless steel plate. The temperature measuring surface is covered with8mmthick plastic plate (PP), and the surface is covered with two layers of bottom lining. The area around the heater is covered with30mmthick expanded polystyrene.

6. Circulating constant temperature water tank: circulate warm water to the heating device at a flow rate of12L/min ±2L/min (YY 0060) and2 L/min-4 L/min (QB/T 4903).

7. Number of tests (working channels): 12.

8. 12 temperature monitoring sensors for warm areas (surface of plastic panels).

9. Warm part temperature: The monitoring temperature of each part of the warm part (surface of plastic sheet) is35 ℃±1 ℃.

10. Heating method: Imported electric heating tube heating.

11. Temperature control method: digital display PID control.

12. Temperature measurement range: 0-100 ℃, temperature measurement accuracy: ± 0.1 ℃.
