The main purpose

It is used to determine the particle leakage rate test of medical protective masks, N95 masks, face shields, respirators and respirators. It is suitable for labor safety protection inspection centers, medical device and drug inspection centers, disease control centers, textile testing centers, mask and mask companies, etc.

Technical parameter:

1.Gas generation of NaCl particulate aerosol: greater than 100L/min.
2. The average mass concentration of NaCl particles in the test chamber is (8 ± 4) mg/m ³, with a deviation of ± 10%. The particle size distribution is 0.02~2 μ m, and the median mass is about 0.6 μ m.
4. Testing chamber: stainless steel frame, vacuum tempered glass material, with sufficient size inside the chamber. Having sufficient observable range to meet the standard requirements for actions such as standing upright, pedaling, and rotating in place.
5. Equipped with communication facilities to ensure smooth communication between the testing personnel outside the warehouse and the subjects inside the warehouse. The interior of the testing chamber is visible, and the testing personnel can observe the progress of internal testing.
6. Treadmill: Running speed (5 ± 0.5) km/h, timed; Equipped with emergency braking function, able to provide standard testing speed and slope.
7. The diameter and length of the aerosol transport pipeline should be large enough to ensure that aerosol particles are fully dried, and the radius of the curved part of the pipeline should be large enough to reduce particle loss. The air humidity inside the sealed warehouse should not exceed 60%.
8. Sodium flame photometer parameters: ① can directly analyze NaCl aerosols; ② Can measure NaCl aerosols with a mass concentration range of 10ng/m3-15mg/m3; ③ The required total aerosol sampling volume shall not exceed 15L/min; ④ The composition of a sodium flame photometer mainly includes three parts: burner, photoelectric converter, and photoelectric measuring instrument; ⑤ Specially designed for detecting NaCl aerosol particles, including necessary filtering modules to eliminate interference from other elements. User provided: liquefied gas tank and gas.
9. Measurement range of expiratory resistance and inspiratory resistance:- 1000Pa~1000Pa； The accuracy is ± 1Pa.
10. Sampling mode: It has two modes: pulse sampling and continuous sampling. The response time of the electromagnetic valve for pulse sampling is less than 100ms, and the response time of the respiratory sensor (pressure or temperature sensor) for the inhalation exhalation conversion process is less than 30ms. The timing device can record the total inhalation time and exhalation time, and the filtering efficiency of the air high-efficiency filter used during exhalation should be greater than 99.99%.

11. The response time set for the operating valve of the sampling selector is 100 ms, which allows the airflow to enter directly without restriction when opened. The minimum pressure change that the pressure sensor can measure is 5Pa (0.05mbar). Sampling flow rate of sampling pump: 1L/min.
12. Equipped with dedicated computer, touch screen display, dedicated software control testing, software supports data storage, query, export, printing, etc.
13. Control software testing system: capable of real-time display of temperature and humidity, particulate matter concentration, and leakage rate; Set corresponding parameters and action prompts, automatically calculate the total leakage rate and evaluation results.
14. Maintenance and calibration can provide technical support and solutions for common problems during normal testing and equipment use, and proficiently master the calibration method of sodium flame photometer.
15. The instruments are divided into: testing chamber, control cabinet, and flame photometer cabinet.
