Details
The main purposeIt is suitable for all kinds of adhesive tapes to test its stickiness. It can be used by inspection departments and scientific research units.
Instrument characteristics
1. Stainless steel plate: anti-corrosion steel plate with carbon content <0.12%, nickel content ≥8%, chromium content ≥17%, its side length is 200mm×50mm, thickness is about 2mm, and the Brinell hardness is 130-200;
2. The stainless steel plate makes a marking line every 30mm along its long side, and the distance between the first marking line and one of its narrow sides is 25mm, so that it can stick 5 standard width tapes at a time;
3. Roller: a polished metal cylinder with a diameter of 50mm, which can apply a pressure of 20N/cm to the sample;
4. The roller is automatically driven by the motor, and the rolling speed: 60cm/min
5. The weight exerts a tensile force on the sample: 2N
6. Sample holder: The steel plate is inclined at 2° from the vertical surface to prevent the sample and the steel plate from peeling off, and to allow heavy objects to hang;
