LFY-611B Automotive Interior Material Vertical Combustion Tester
Main purpose:Suitable for measuring the vertical combustion performance of automotive interior materials. Used to evaluate the combustion distance and combustion time of automotive interior materials or material combinations in contact with flames under laboratory controlled conditions.
Technical indicators:
1. Electric heating wire automatic ignition, flame height adjustable from 10 to 100mm, flame height measuring device: scale height 40mm.
2. The burner is automatically timed and positioned.
3. Ignition time can be set arbitrarily, igniter timing: 0-99.99 s/m/h can be set arbitrarily, accuracy: 0.01s.
4. Automatic recording of combustion time and digital display. When the flame breaks a certain marking line, the system automatically timing.
5. Combustion timer: 0-99.99 s/m/h, accuracy: 0.01s.
6. The inner diameter of the gas nozzle is 0.18mm. The center of the gas lamp tilts upwards in the axial direction, forming a 30 ° angle with the plane where the sample is located.
7. Sample holder: 560 * 150 mm rectangular frame.
8. U-shaped pressure plate, meeting standard requirements.
9. Marking line: White mercerized cotton thread, with a maximum linear density of 50 tex.
10. Configure a gas leakage alarm device to alarm and cut off the gas supply system after gas leakage.
11. User provided gas: industrial propane or butane gas.
