Simulate the fabric damage caused by multiple bending of the outer fabric of the thermal insulation clothing, and test the composite properties of the fabric
Technical index
1. The test device includes two chucks with a diameter of (90±1)mm and a thickness of (12±0.5)mm. The distance between the two chucks is (190±1)mm;
2. One rotating chuck can rotate in both directions, and the rotating chuck can rotate 450°±10°; the other moving chuck can reciprocate in the direction of the rotating chuck;
3. Device operating speed ≥30 times/min;
4. The total bending times of the sample: 2500 times, remove the sample every 500 times of bending, rotate 90° to switch the clamping edge, and re-clamp for the test;
5. Time timer: 0-99.99s/m/h;
6. Times record: 1-9999 times;
7. The sample size is 300 mm×300 mm;
8. Power supply: AC220V, 50Hz.
