The main purposeIt is used to test the sharp edges and sharp points of textile accessories (metal and plastic accessories) and children's toys; the whole set of equipment is divided into two parts: LFY-247A sharp edge tester and LFY-247B sharp tip tester; Meet the standard test requirements for textile accessories and toys.

1. Motor control drive, short response time, no overshoot, precise uniform speed;
2. The use of a high-precision force sensor can accurately ensure that the force value is fixed at 60-0.5N during testing, and the sensor has an over-range protection function;
3. The motherboard adopts a self-developed single-chip microcomputer, a color display screen, and a menu-style selection interface, which is easy to operate;
4. Sharp edge test device: a. Rotating mandrel: stainless steel, surface roughness ≤0.40μm, mandrel diameter (9.35±0.12) mm, mandrel rotation angle is 360°, tangent speed is (23±4) mm/s; b. The force applied by the force applying device perpendicular to the axis of the mandrel is 60-0.5N; c. The test strip meets the standard technical requirements;
5. Sharp tip tester: a. Applied force value is 4.50-0.2N; b. The measuring device has a rectangular test slot, and the opening size meets the standard requirements; c. The sensing head of the sensing device is measured according to the outer surface of the cover (0.38±0.02) mm , The distance between the sensor head compression spring (0.12±0.02) mm, and the indicator light is on.
