The main purpose
It is used to complete the radiant heat resistance and radiant heat performance test of single-layer and multi-layer fabrics under continuous and constant radiant heat source. Through a test with controllable radiant heat flow and radiation duration, the radiant heat protection performance of clothing materials can be quantitatively evaluated objectively.
Technical indicators and performance parameters
1. The basic components of the instrument include: a vertically placed radiant heat source, sample holding components, a pneumatic water-cooling plate, 2 heat sensors, a built-in cooling sensor and a set of data acquisition/burn analysis system. The software built-in safety lock can monitor the cooling water flow and the power supply of the quartz lamp. Equipped with cooling water temperature monitoring device;
2. The radiant heat source of the instrument is an infrared quartz lamp with an optical path length of 127mm and an average total optical path length of 222mm. Input power can be controlled;
3. The accuracy of the voltmeter of the instrument is ±1V;
4. The sensor of the instrument is a round copper heat flow meter with a diameter of (4±0.05) cm. The temperature measurement range is 0℃~1600℃, and the accuracy is ±0.5℃;
5. The instrument can provide at least two radiant heat exposure conditions, 21kW/m2 and 84 kW/m2 respectively, with an accuracy of ±2%. And can monitor the reading of the voltmeter to control the level of heat exposure during the test;
6. The instrument is equipped with a data acquisition/burn analysis system that can record the temperature response of the calorimeter, calculate the heat generated, and determine the end of the test by comparing the heat transfer over time with the experimental performance curve. It can predict the secondary burn of the skin by measuring the temperature at which the fabric reaches the simulated skin under thermal radiation conditions;
7. The data acquisition component of the instrument can reach a temperature sampling rate of at least 4 samples per second, up to 250°C, and the minimum temperature resolution is 0.1°C, and the accuracy is ±0.75°C. It can complete the correction of the cold junction and convert the millivolt thermocouple signal into temperature;
8. The instrument uses 12-bit high-speed A/D to sample the sensor, with high sampling accuracy and fast speed;
9. The instrument has: overvoltage and overcurrent protection, protection against abnormal actuators, protection against communication interruption, etc.;
10. The instrument has a sensor burnout alarm function;
11. Radiant heat flow measurement accuracy ±3%;
12. All pipelines in the test box are protected by high temperature resistant flame retardant pipes;
13. The integrated design of the fume hood and the main body of the instrument is equipped with lighting, exhaust and other functions, which can discharge the flue gas and exhaust gas generated during the test in time;
14. Power supply: 200V/50Hz 20A
