Details
The main purposeUsed to test the heat penetration resistance of welders' protective masks and protective sheets. At a high temperature of 650℃, the hot rod is in uniform contact with the mask material or the protective sheet, and the mask material has no penetration and opacity within 5 seconds.
Technical parameter
1. Heat source body size: length 300mm±3mm, diameter 6mm, bottom surface is flat
2. Heat source temperature: (650±20)℃.
3. Protective mask for welders
(1) Length: not less than 310mm for hand-held and head-mounted models, and not less than 230mm for the combination of helmet and mask
(2) Width: not less than 210mm
(3) Depth: not less than 120mm
(4) Observation window: the size of length × width is not less than 90mm × 40mm
