The main purposeThis standard specifies the test method and evaluation of the burning performance of carpet samples placed at a 45° angle under the control of the laboratory under the action of flame. Suitable for carpets with various fiber components and organizational structures.
principle
Under the specified test conditions, ignite the surface of a carpet sample placed at an angle of 45° for a certain period of time, and measure the continuation time, smoldering time and damage length of the sample.
Instrument characteristics
The combustion box of the 45°combustion tester is made of stainless steel. The box should be equipped with a glass observation window. The top of the box is equipped with a smoke exhaust port. There is a row of ventilation holes at the bottom of both sides. The box is equipped with sample holders. The frame device is at 45° from the horizontal position. The test box consists of an ignition timing device, an ignition device and a safety control system.

2. Ignition timing range: (0-99.99)±0.1s, pre-settable
