New single yarn testing instrument. It is mainly used to measure the breaking strength and breaking elongation of single yarns such as cotton, wool, silk, linen and chemical fiber.
Technical characteristics
1. Reliable performance. It adopts CRE test mechanism, stepless speed change, electrical part adopts functional modular structure, few connection lines, high integration, strong anti-interference ability, which brings great convenience to daily maintenance.
2. Easy to operate. It adopts microcomputer control, has self-correction function, and there are few operation keys on the panel, so the operator is clear at a glance, without special training. It also has a self-locking protection function for misoperation, which greatly reduces the failure rate.
3. The result output function is perfect. Automatic data processing, display and printing. It can display and print: breaking strength, breaking elongation, breaking time, breaking power and the average value of the above N tests and the CV% value of breaking strength and elongation.
4. Except for manual operation for sample clamping, other functions are similar to automatic single yarn machines, and the price is only one third of that of automatic single yarn machines.
