Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument uses a reversible constant-speed motor to drive the sample stage, which can be rotated in a clockwise direction.
2. The instrument is equipped with a large cover plate, which rotates synchronously with the sample plate, which can measure the whole piece of clothing without damaging the clothing.
3. The friction roller is placed horizontally along the radial direction of the sample table, and the weight of the friction roller is (500±10) g.
4. The instrument uses a suction method to collect the lint, and the suction fan has enough suction power to suck down the fibers on the friction roller.
5. The instrument uses a special filter bag to collect lint, which is convenient for testing.
